Cleaning the kitchen is a task, especially if you don’t even know where to start!
We spend a lot of time in the kitchen, cooking, eating, and even cleaning.
Sometimes, it feels like we clean our kitchen just to get it messy again. It’s a never-ending cycle that can be simplified with a microfiber cloth and a diluted bottle of hydrogen peroxide.
Here are some easy tips you can follow next time you want to give your kitchen an easy deep clean. Pro-cleaning tip - trade the soapy water in for a brown bottle of the good stuff!

Checklist for Cleaning the Kitchen
Whether you spend most of your time in the kitchen cooking or eating, food is messy!
Learning how to clean the kitchen cabinets, countertops, and everything in between, can take some time.
If you're taking more than 30 minutes to deep clean your kitchen, you should consider cleaning with hydrogen peroxide!
Here’s an easy way to clean and disinfect your kitchen in 20 minutes or less:
Put undiluted 3% hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle.
All surfaces can be sprayed with hydrogen peroxide:
Kitchen Cutting Boards,
Kitchen Sink,
Cooking Utensils,
Forks, Knives, Spoons, & Other Eating Utensils,
Kitchen Cabinet Handles,
Inside & Outside of the Refrigerator
Inside & Outside of Kitchen Cabinets
& More!
Let the solution sit on the surface for 30 seconds and then rinse with warm water.
You can even detoxify your fruits and vegetables with a low percent hydrogen peroxide, like our 3% solution.
Simply follow the instructions above to mist away any bacteria on your foods' surface.
Rinse your food thoroughly with hot water to ensure that there is no product left on the surface after cleaning.
